"Saya berusaha untuk tidak benci siapapun.
Mungkin karena hidup saya terlalu bahagia untuk saya rusak sendiri dengan repot repot membenci orang."

"Education is a thing you get past and forget about as quickly as possible. This is particularly true of elementary and secondary education, of course…. I began to remember what it had been like: the tremendous excitement of the first couple of years, when kids imagine that great secrets are going to be unfolding before them, then the disappointment that gradually sets in when you begin to realize the truth: There’s plenty of learning to do, but it’s not the learning you wanted. It’s learning to keep your mouth shut, learning how to avoid attracting the teacher’s attention when you don’t want it, learning not to ask questions, learning how to pretend to understand, learning how to tell teachers what they want to hear, learning to keep your own ideas and opinions to yourself, learning how to look as if you’re paying attention, learning how to endure the endless boredom."

What do people scare about death? – i asked.
“Scared?” he paused for a while. “Well, for instance, what happen next? Where we’ll gonna go? Is the situation going to be just like what we imagine?”
..It’s a heavy thoughts.
“Well yes, but there’s more.”
..What more?
He pushed his body towards me,
“Being forgotten.”

"You could say that graffiti is ugly, selfish and that it’s just the action of people who want some pathetic kind of fame. But if that’s true it’s only because graffiti writers are just like everyone else in this fucking country. There is this idea that people who write Graffiti are just frustrated scribblers who couldn’t make it in the art world, but that’s not really the point. It’s better being outside anyway. Bus stops are far more interesting and useful places to have art than in museums. Graffiti has more chance of meaning something or changing stuff than anything indoors. Graffiti has been used to start revolutions, stop wars and generally is the voice of people who aren’t listened to. Graffiti is one of the few tools you have if you have almost nothing.
And even if you don’t come up with a picture to cure world poverty you can make someone smile while they’re having a piss. Graffiti ultimately wins out over proper art because it becomes part of your city, it’s a tool; “I’ll meet you in that pub, you know, the one opposite that wall with a picture of a monkey holding a chainsaw”. I mean, how much more useful can a painting be than that?"
